My Credentials & Experience
After earning my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Tusculum University, I became a certified coach through the ICF-accredited Coach Training Alliance. Coaching felt natural—I loved helping people grow and find direction. But as I homeschooled our youngest daughter and supported the growth of our family business, coaching took a back seat.
Years later, with our daughter older and a CFO in place at the business, I felt called to pursue ministry. I enrolled in the Emmanuel Seminary Certificate of Christian Ministries program to deepen my faith and discern God’s direction.
One day, the Holy Spirit made it clear—coaching was the ministry. It had always been part of how I served others, through encouragement, guidance, and care in every area of life. Now, I coach as a ministry—helping others walk more closely with Christ, discover their purpose, and navigate life’s challenges with clarity and grace.

In addition to my formal education and certifications, I bring valuable life experience to my coaching. My healing journey from childhood trauma led me through a wide range of practices, which are now tools in my toolbox. I spent nearly six years in a mainstream twelve-step program, sponsoring women dealing with eating disorders and codependency, before transitioning to our church’s Christ-centered recovery ministry, Re:Generation.
While God has used many good things to restore me to health and vitality, nothing has transformed me like deepening my relationship with Christ. The closer I walk with Jesus, the healthier and freer I become.
Life is hard. We all need people who can offer support, fresh perspective, love, and encouragement. I'd love to be one of those people for you. Message me today.
